    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.

    • Double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final

    • We currently do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or order issues.

  2. Damaged/Defective or Wrong Items

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may submit a request through our Return Form within 4 days of delivery.

    • To submit a request:

      • Fill out the Return Form located below

      • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and upload clear photos of the item.

    • Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement, or a refund (at our discretion). Return shipping fees for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by us.
